The product samples, quantities and unit prices shown in the order summary on the checkout page and repeated in your order confirmation e-mail.

The total amount consists of the sample prices plus the shipping fee, both shown separately before payment. All amounts are in US Dollars (USD).

Import duties and taxes charged in the destination country are not included and are payable by the buyer.

Advance payment by credit or debit card through the secure page of the authorised payment institution, or by bank transfer where offered.

Dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, by international courier on DAP terms, to the address given at checkout.

The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days from the date of the order.

Because the products are hygiene-sensitive goods supplied in sealed packaging, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the packaging is opened (Distance Contracts Regulation, Art. 15/1-(ğ)).

This does not affect your rights in respect of damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods.
