B2B Membership Agreement

Member: the company that registers for a B2B account and the individual authorised to act on its behalf.

B2B accounts are intended for businesses — hotels, spas, distributors, retailers, wholesalers, architects and contract buyers. They are not intended for consumers buying for personal use.

By registering you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and that you are authorised to bind that business.

Ordering samples does not require an account; you can buy samples as a guest.

Registration is free and creates no obligation to buy.

Accounts are reviewed before activation. We may ask for a company registration number, tax number or other evidence that you are a genuine business, and we may decline or delay an application at our discretion, without being obliged to give reasons.

Until an account is approved, wholesale prices and member-only documents are not visible.

You undertake to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date — in particular company name, address, tax identifiers and contact details, which we rely on for invoicing and customs documents.

We are not responsible for delivery or customs problems caused by outdated or incorrect account information.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

Do not share credentials, and avoid signing in from shared or unsecured devices. Notify us immediately at info@allforhamam.com if you suspect unauthorised access; we may suspend the account to limit damage.

Wholesale price lists, volume tiers, quotations, catalogues marked confidential and production terms shown in the member area are commercially confidential.

You may use them internally to evaluate and place orders. You may not publish them, pass them to competitors, or use them to prepare a competing offer.

This obligation continues after the account is closed.

You agree not to: use automated tools to scrape or copy the catalogue, product data or images; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system; upload malicious code; or use the platform in a way that damages our service, brand or other members.

Product photographs, texts and technical documents remain our property or that of our licensors. Members may use them for the resale and promotion of goods purchased from us; any other use requires our written permission.

We send transactional messages related to your account, quotations and orders. These are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while the account is active.

Marketing e-mails are sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us from the registered e-mail address. Where an order is in progress, the account is closed once that order is completed and settled.

We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, breaches this agreement, misuses confidential pricing, attempts fraud, or behaves abusively towards our staff.

Closing an account does not affect orders already placed or amounts already due.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and technical faults may cause temporary interruptions.

Product availability, prices and lead times shown in the member area may change; a binding commitment arises only when we issue a proforma invoice or order confirmation.

Personal data provided during registration is processed to operate the account, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and meet our legal obligations, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) no. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR. We may update this agreement; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use of the account after an update constitutes acceptance.

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
